Returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within a period of fourteen (14 ) clear days from receipt of the items. Deeluxe extends this right to thirty (30) clear days from receipt of the items. In this context, he has the option of returning the items delivered within this period, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty ...) and accompanied by a copy of the order form. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, dirty ... may be subject to return penalties.

RETURNS

Items purchased online cannot be returned or refunded in DEELUXE stores or in multi-brand stores distributing the DEELUXE brand.

It will be up to the customer to keep any proof of this return, which presupposes that the articles are returned by post, the return costs will be reimbursed in the form of a credit valid on the online sales site Deeluxe upon sending of the invoice shipping at the address shop@deeluxe.fr

Reimbursement of the invoice price for returned items will be made by credit to the customer's bank account no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt by the Company of the returned items. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded and cannot in any event give rise to the issue of a credit.

The customer must contact the Company's customer relations department by email ( shop@deeluxe.fr ), Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. at 5 p.m. to obtain a return agreement.

EXCHANGE

An exchange as we understand it concerns only the size of an item or its color.

Except in exceptional cases seen with customer service:

- We do not exchange the model.

- No exchange with an article whose price is different will be granted.

Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in DEELUXE stores or in multi-brand stores distributing the DEELUXE brand.

For an exchange to be granted, it is necessary to request prior authorization from customer service by email at the following address shop@deeluxe.fr.

Following this request, an email is sent in response to the customer, explaining the exchange procedure in detail.

The package must be sent by post to the following address:

Once the parcel has been received, the exchange is processed within 48 hours, and the parts are returned (costs borne by Deeluxe) to the customer by Colissimo.
